Relaxation awaits you just a short 20-minute ride away from your cruise ship port. This is Cozumel, so be ready to enjoy a smooth ride and admire the beautiful landscape the island is known for.


You need to have your Electronic Ticket printed and provide it to the friendly front desk staff. You will get checked in and you'll be on your way to enjoy your day! Please note that you cannot book this excursion last minute unless you have access to a printer. The front desk requires a paper copy of your e-ticket.

You will have many amenities and activities to choose from, including 3 swimming pools, lounge chairs at the pool and beach, tennis courts, soccer, and volleyball at the beach, basketball, kayaks, and snorkel gear (available first come, first serve). There is a special pirate-themed water park by the kid's pool and a staff will supervise the children's activity area. You just relax in a hammock or stroll the beach, you get to pick the level of activity for your day!

This great offer also includes a domestic open bar (beer, liquor, soft drinks, water, juices, etc.), and choose among the 3 on-site restaurants for unlimited food! Note that opening hours vary and some may not be accessible during your time at the resort. Also, note that the bars can only serve alcoholic beverages starting at noon by law but will serve other non-alcoholic drinks during regular hours.

The resort is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have plenty of time to enjoy yourself. Be ready to be back at your cruise terminal at least one hour before your departure time. A taxi will be waiting for you to take you back to your terminal now that you've enjoyed a relaxing visit to one of the best resorts on the island.

Where we meet

For the Cozumel Allegro Resort All-Inclusive Beach Day Pass Excursion, you will meet directly at Guest Services of the Allegro Occidental Resort in Cozumel. There are plenty of taxis available at the cruise terminals as well as at the beach club to take you back (approximate taxi cost is USD 18.00 for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
