• We recommend using biodegradable sunscreen.
• It is essential that each participant follow the guidelines and specific instructions for each area of the park provided by the staff in charge.
• Please consider that this package does not include food and drinks.

• Weather and sea conditions may affect some activities.
• Beach areas are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Water shoes are recommended in rocky areas.

Where we meet

For the Cozumel Kuza Park Full Experience Excursion, you will meet directly at Kuza Beach Park (approximate taxi cost from the cruise ship terminals is $20 for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). There are plenty of taxis available at the cruise terminals as well as at Kuza Beach Park for your return. All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
• Visitors under 18 years of age must always be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
• On the beach and in all aquatic activities without exception, the parent or legal guardian must remain within reach of the minor under 18 years of age.
• Diving, reckless or violent play, or any conduct that endangers the safety of the visitor or other visitors or park staff is not permitted.
• Guests must obey the instructions of lifeguards or any other instructor or member of the park staff.
• Guests must pay attention to the directions, signs, notices, or communications issued by the park staff and/or that are specific to each of the activities.
• On the zip lines: Minimum height: 4 ft (120 cm). Minimum weight: 45 kg (99 lbs). Maximum weight: 110 kg (242 lbs). Maximum waist size: The harness fits waists up to 120 cm (48 inches). For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes (sneakers or athletic shoes) are required. Sandals, flip-flops, or bare feet are not permitted.
• Waterpark: Water depth: 4.1 ft max- 3.5 ft min. Minimum height: 4 ft (120 cm). Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Use is prohibited during heavy rain and/or electrical storms.
• Medical restrictions: For your safety, do not participate if you have any medical conditions, open wounds, or recent surgerys. If you suffer from acrophobia (fear of heights), epilepsy, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any heart condition. Back, spine, or hip problems. Mobility Impairments. Pregnancy.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
