**We offer parasailing at various locations. Please make sure you book the location that fits you best. Only available for resort guests or if you purchase the Allegro Resort All Inclusive Day Pass with us.**

This is the perfect add-on activity to make your Allegro All Inclusive Day Pass even better! You may also choose this if you are a registered guest at the resort but it is not available to the general public as a walk-in activity.

Enjoy some high-flying fun that is safe and great for all ages- parasailing in tropical paradise! If you have always wanted to do it or even if you have done it before, the thrill and views are amazing from 600ft over the Caribbean waters of Cozumel.

The highly trained, English-speaking crew will meet you at the resort as the boat pulls up to the dock. You will get checked in and then the fun begins. As the captain takes the boat just off the beach area, the crew will get you secured in the flight harness and you will get clipped into the chute from the boat deck. Then the boat will do everything else for you! You will gently float off the back of the boat and slowly up. The silence and views are great.

You may choose to fly solo or tandem with another person flying with you. There is also the option to have someone ride along as an observer if space allows. See the order form for all prices. Each flight whether solo or tandem is about 10 to 12 minutes. You will land back on the boat when your flight is finished. The boat will then return you to the beach where you started.

The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at the Allegro Beach Resort and all of the facilities including the buffet, open bar, swimming pool, lounge chairs, and much more. The cost of the Day Pass is extra.
Please note that the resort charges each guest an additional $4.00 USD fee to use their pier for parasailing. This is not included and must be paid in cash onsite.

Excursion Notes

• Bring along a swimsuit, towel, sun protection, camera, and cash for souvenirs, snacks, beverages, etc.
• We suggest sensible shoes - no high heels.
• Please note that the resort charges each guest an additional $4.00 USD fee to use their pier for parasailing. This is not included and must be paid in cash on-site.
• Not available on Sundays

Where we meet

For the Cozumel Parasailing from Allegro Resort, you will meet directly at the Allegro Resort, all necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Parasailing is only available for guests Allegro Resort guests or if you purchased the Allegro All Inclusive Day Pass.
• The minimum weight is 125 lbs (55 kg) for a solo flight.
• Maximum individual or combined weight is 350lbs (160Kg).
• The exact minimum and maximum are determined by the boat captain due to wind/water conditions at that moment.
• This excursion is not suitable for guests in a wheelchair.
• Minors under the age of 16 years old need to parasail with a parent or guardian. One of the boat's staff can ride double with a child if the parent does not want to go up but just watch from the boat (single flight charge only for a child, observer fee for the parent).

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
