Just a short taxi ride from the Cozumel cruise piers, Chankanaab Park grants you access to all its attractions and amenities. Please note that a $6 marine park fee per person is not included and must be paid on-site. • Transportation to and from Chankanaab Park is not included. Taxi fare to Chankanaab Park is approximately $16.00 per taxi, seating 4 people.
• Please consider a marine park fee of $6 per person payable on-site not included in the price.

Where we meet

For this Cozumel Chankanaab Park Day Pass and Snorkeling Excursion Combo you will meet directly at the entrance of Chankanaab Park (approximate taxi cost is $16.00 for 4 people). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Some medical restrictions apply to snorkeling, please check with your doctor if you are fit for snorkeling.
• Minimum age for snorkeling at Chankanaab Park is 8 years old.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
