You will meet your guide outside your Costa Maya cruise terminal for the short trip to La Chilangaloense Beach Club, located right on the sandy beach. Here, you will learn from Jacqueline Orea, a master of Mexican cuisine, to prepare fresh ceviche while enjoying margaritas made from Mezcal! Ceviche is a dish made with fresh raw fish, cured in either lemon or lime juice. During a 3-hour class, your chef/guide will teach you how to prepare the Mexican version of this delicious meal. You will prepare the ceviche in a volcanic stone "molcajete", using fresh fish fillet, tomato, lemon juice, cilantro, cucumber, and onion. Devine! You will also enjoy a domestic open bar during your class with both alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic.
Enjoy your creation on the beach overlooking the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean Sea! You may use the facilities during your stay including chairs, tables, loungers, hammocks, etc. The beach club is open until 07:00 PM, you are welcome to stay as long as you wish. Choose your perfect spot and enjoy the beautiful beach, and the views, or purchase any additional food and drinks if you like.
When you are ready to return to your Costa Maya cruise terminal, the staff will help you to get a taxi back at your expense and leisure.
