Once your ship has arrived in St. Maarten you will meet directly at the park just a 30-minute ride away, where you will begin your adventure.
Follow your guide to the 1700's restored plantation house, where 1818 Trace Wilson was born into slavery. Learn how her descendant Emilio Wilson later purchased the property. Emilio's legacy is showcased in the museum; see how he generously contributed to the "The Friendly Island" of St. Maarten.
Board the Soualiga Sky Explorer after a short safety orientation. Enjoy the ride to the top of Sentry Hill, nearly 25 minutes. At 1,115 feet (339 meters), Sentry Hill is one of St. Maarten's highest points of elevation, giving you a spectacular bird's eye view. Do not forget your camera! Two separate chairlifts and several platforms around the mountaintop allow you 360-degree views, including Anguilla, St. Bart's, Saba, and St. Eustatius, neighboring islands!
Next, prepare to fly down the mountain with a brief but thorough safety orientation. On the Flying Dutchman, you will be seated in a harnessed chair, you will be securely attached to a flight line, soaring down 2,800 feet (853 meters) of line with an elevation drop of 1,050 feet (320 meters). This is the ride of a lifetime, on the world's steepest zip line! With 4 lines across, you can race your friends down the mountainside!
Afterward, you may choose to purchase one of the once-in-a-lifetime photos captured of you while on the Flying Dutchman. Then, you may continue to explore the estate or refresh yourself at Emilio's Restaurant (any purchases are at your choosing and own expense).
When the time has come to depart simply ask the staff to call a cab for you to take you back to your cruise ship pier in St. Maarten.

Enjoy yourself with this amazing excursion and see St. Maarten from one of the tallest mountains on the island, then fly down on the world's steepest zip line. Enjoy your adventure!
