It is not a typo - Ffryes Beach has two "F"s in its name! This is a 4-hour beach excursion, which makes for the perfect break at a picture postcard beach. When you see Antigua's Ffryes Beach in person, you will know you are truly on vacation - white sandy beach, swaying palm trees, turquoise blue water. Your Ffryes beach break starts when you're picked up at your St. John's Antigua cruise ship terminal by a friendly shore excursion guide. You will then be shown your comfortable transportation which includes air conditioning. Just relax while you enjoy a 15-minute scenic drive to the beach.

Once you arrive at the beach, you'll enjoy a complimentary drink given to all guests - a rum or fruit punch. For the best value, choose the All-Inclusive package that comes with a lounge chair, shared umbrella, and lunch! Note that this is not a resort but rather a relaxing beach club. Pick a spot on the sandy Ffryes beach for working on your tan or under a shady palm. Take a stroll along the beach, take a dip in the warm Caribbean water, or do absolutely nothing but relax, the choice is yours.

Getting hungry? With the All-Inclusive package, lunch is included and consists of Caribbean-style BBQ chicken, rice and beans, salad, and fried plantains.

At the beach restaurant, although beverages are not included, you can purchase cold tropical cocktails, and locally brewed beers and also serves some great local food as well as some international choices

The basic beach break does not include lounge chairs or an umbrella but guests may bring their own towels to sit on the beach.

When your time at Ffryes Beach has come to an end, your comfortable transportation will return you to your St. John's Antigua cruise ship pier.

Excursion Notes

• We suggest you wear a swimsuit under comfortable clothes.
• Bring along a towel, sun protection, camera, cash for balance payment, food/drinks, watersports, tips, etc.
• Snorkel gear, tubes, kayaks, jet skis, and more are available for rent (prices vary).
• A boat snorkel tour is available to be booked on-site (approx. $25.00 USD per person).
• There is a full-service restaurant and bar for purchases.
• The umbrella for rent is $10.00 USD / lounge chair for rent is $5.00 USD - when not included in the package.

Where we meet

For the St. John's Antigua Ffryes Beach Day Pass Excursion - Basic & All-Inclusive, you will meet at your St. John's cruise ship pier terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or adult.
  
• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old. Parents may decide if their legal-aged children may have the rum punch.
• There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter-accessible vehicles available.
  

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
