When I used your website to book this excursion, your site recognized my cruise and had the updated itinerary in order to book it. Today , when I received the cancelation e-mail, I calles and was told there were two e-mails from you all about this booking. I received No e-mailings after my orginal booking other than the cancelling e-mail. I just rebooked this using your system with a followup call and two emails showing the ships itinuaray.
