Start this great jet ski and beach break combo excursion in Roatan, Honduras when you meet with your shore excursion guide just outside your Roatan cruise terminal (Coxen Hole and Port of Roatan Mahogany Bay). Climb aboard the comfortable and air-conditioned transportation for the 30-minute, scenic drive to the beach club on West Bay Beach.

You will arrive at West Bay Beach with tranquil waters and soft sand. Your jet ski instructor will go over the operational instructions and safety info before you hop on your jet ski. You will buckle on your life jacket and enjoy 30 to 40 minutes on the water. This is a great activity for the whole family. You can choose to ride single or double, even if you do not want to run the jet ski at all, you can book as an observer and have round-trip transportation and access to the beach facilities included (check price chart).

Once your time is completed and you are back onshore, you can enjoy the amenities of the nearby beach club including lounge chairs, fresh water showers, a bar and restaurant, and much more. The staff is friendly and will be happy to bring you food or drinks from the bar to your spot on the beach or by the pool - both drinks and food are not included. Beach activities will be available and island music playing, everything to help you know you truly are on vacation.

If you have your own snorkeling equipment, bring it along and you can snorkel right off the beach. You can also rent snorkeling equipment from the resort. Take a stroll, take a dip, or just lay back and enjoy the view.

When your 2.5 hours of beach time is up, your shore excursion guide will let you know and you can hop back on board your transportation for the 30-minute ride back to your Roatan cruise ship terminal!

Excursion Notes

• We recommend you wear a swimsuit under sensible clothes and sports sandals or water shoes.
  
• Bring along sun protection, a waterproof camera, towels, cash for balance payment, water sports, food/drinks, etc.

Where we meet

For the Roatan Jet Ski and West Bay Beach Break Excursion, you will meet outside your Roatan cruise terminal (Coxen Hole and Port of Roatan Mahogany Bay), please consider it a 5-10-minute walk. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum participation age is 9 years old.
• The minimum age for driving a jet ski is 16 years old.
• Maximum combined weight per jet ski or Waverunner is 350 lbs (158 kg).
• Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult or guardian participating in the excursion.
• This excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.
• This Roatan Jet Ski and West Bay Beach Break Excursion may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
