Enjoy a special day at a Progreso Scappata Beach Club, VIP style. At the Beach you will enjoy an all-inclusive beach club that will include gorgeous views, a traditional Mexican/American snack buffet, and an open bar. You'll also be treated to all the amenities such as lounge chairs, a freshwater swimming pool, hammocks, a secluded beach and so much more. There is even an option for a shopping stop before you return to your cruise ship.

Now with the option of booking an Open Bar (only for adults)! The all-inclusive package offers lower prices the more participants you book.

You can start this wonderful beach day pass by meeting with your shore excursion guide right at your Progreso cruise ship pier. Your beach excursion guide will check you in and then you will get on board for the quick ride in air-conditioned transportation to the private beach club.

This Costa Maya beach resort day pass entitles you to use the following items: beach chairs, umbrellas, swimming pool, paddle boats, stand-up paddle board, WiFi, and unlimited food and drink. The water is typically calm, average temperature of 78F (26 C), and rather shallow which makes it nice for a dip. The non-motorized water sports are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Take a stroll along the beach, sip a beverage from the open bar, enjoy the buffet with Mexican and American favorites, and relax in a hammock in the shade with a full ocean view. This is a genuine VIP beach day pass excursion.

For those adults ages 10 years and up, there is now the option to book Open Bar only. Alcohol only for ages 18 years and up; ages 10-17 will receive soft drinks only with the Open Bar package.

The beach club's open national bar features:
Pina colada, Margaritas, Soft drinks, Mixed drinks, Beer (Corona), and bottled purified water. All mixed drinks are available with or without alcohol (rum and tequila). Additional choices/drinks at an additional cost.

The beach club's buffet will include (subject to change):
Panuchos (traditional Yucatecan dish), Salbutes (traditional Yucatecan dish), Quesadillas, Tacos, Chicken Fajitas, Salsa and chips, Guacamole, Nachos, Pizza, Burgers, and Hot dogs. 

The return transportation will leave the beach club 1.5 hours before your ship departure at your Progreso cruise ship pier. Guests may choose to take a taxi back at their own expense earlier.

Additional activities are available such as windsurfing, banana boats, and massages all at the guest's expense. Towel service and lockers at an additional cost of USD 2.00 each.

Where we meet

For this Progreso Scappata Beach Club Day Pass Packages, you will meet at your cruise ship terminal area. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
• There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter-accessible vehicles available.
  

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
