Take the ferry to Cozumel and enjoy 45 minutes of traveling across the beautiful Caribbean while taking in the views. See both Playa del Carmen and Cozumel from the water. For your convenience, the ferry has facilities and offers food and drinks. Consumables are not included in the price. Once you present your Ticket to the guard at the gate, your taxi will take you to the Occidental Grand Resort lobby where you will check in for your all-inclusive resort day pass. The property at the Occidental Grand is well maintained, clean and lush. You will have full use of all the facilities and amenities for your stay - the resort is open from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

You choose the level of activity ranging from lounging in the pool or hammock to a vigorous game of tennis or volleyball and more. A partial list of amenities and facilities include:

Excursion Notes

• Snack bar/restaurant is available from 12:00 Noon to 5:00 PM.
• Motorized water sports are available at extra cost.
• There are an ATM and currency exchange booth on site.

• The walk to the beach is approximately 5-15 minutes.

Where we meet

For the Occidental Grand All Inclusive Beach Day Pass in Cozumel, your meeting location is just a 10-minute taxi ride away from the ferry terminal in Cozumel (approximate taxi cost is $18.00 USD for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
