Your fun day at Mr. Sanchos Beach Club begins with a ferry ride from Playa del Carmen. Enjoy a lovely ferry ride across the Caribbean. For 45 minutes you will have a view of both Playa and Cozumel from the water. When you arrive in Cozumel, you will take a short taxi ride from the ferry dock to the club. When you arrive at the club, you will check in at the gate, pay your balance, and get your wristband, and then the facilities are yours to enjoy Monday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM local time.

The Cozumel Mr. Sanchos Beach property includes an incredible strip of beach where you will have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. With the Sanchos all-inclusive day pass, you will have your choice of anything and everything you want off the special Mr. Sanchos Beach All-Inclusive Day Pass Menu:

Please note Mr. Sanchos also offers a gluten-free menu, everything is prepared with vegetables and is served with corn tortillas: Guacamole, pico de gallo, mixed ceviche, shrimp cocktail, shrimp ceviche, nachos, chicken fajitas, beef fajitas, grilled shrimp, grilled fish fillet, fried whole fish, shrimp tacos, fish tacos, beef tacos, chicken tacos, and quesadillas, please note everything is prepared with vegetables and is served with corn tortillas.

The arrival and departure times are up to you. The Mr. Sanchos Beach Club opening hours are from 09:00 AM till 05:00 PM Cozumel local time and you may come and go as you please, taxis are available at all times and organized according to bookings of the Cozumel Mr. Sanchos Beach all-inclusive day pass package.

Excursion Notes

• Towels are not included but are available for rent on-site for $5.00 USD and a $10.00 USD deposit (deposit refunded when returning towel).
• Food from the restaurant is available all day from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM local Cozumel time. The buffet is set up only to reduce the wait time from the kitchen on those days with more bookings. Bar is open from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
• The Beach umbrella by your lounge chair is not included but is available for a $12.00 USD rental fee and a $10.00 USD deposit (deposit refunded when returning the umbrella).
• Snorkel equipment is available for rent ($15.00 USD rental cost to be paid on site) and a $20.00 USD deposit (deposit refunded when returning equipment).
• Kayaks are available with a $10.00 USD refundable deposit.
• Volleyballs are available with a $20.00 USD refundable deposit. Both beach and water volleyball are available.
• Lockers are included for the AI guests. There are only 64 lockers and there is a key deposit of $10.00 USD.

Where we meet

For Mr. Sancho's Beach All Inclusive Day Pass in Cozumel, you will meet directly at Mr. Sancho's Beach Club (approximate taxi cost is $18.00 USD for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
• Please take note that the All Inclusive Day Pass section is separated from the "pay as you go" section (no entrance fee for "pay-as-you-go" section).
  
• Mr. Sancho's provides free a sand wheelchair to take guests right to the beach area and near the water.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
