Your day pass excursion will begin just outside the Montego Bay cruise ship terminal where the friendly shore excursion staff will meet you. They will get you checked in and on your way to the transportation - no need to hassle with a taxi! The ride to the Grand Palladium Resort is about 40 minutes from the cruise terminal. Along the way, you will pass some of the sights of Montego Bay and the northern Jamaican coast. As soon as you arrive, you will be amazed. When you arrive at the Grand Palladium Resorts, your driver will verify the local time with you and give you the pick-up time to meet the return transport. It is important to note that local time may be different than your cruise ship time!

With the 2 resort day pass properties, you can enjoy the 5 freshwater swimming pools including the largest pool in Jamaica, with plenty of poolside lounge chairs, umbrellas, and shade. Poolside and throughout the property, there will be resort-sponsored activities, games, and entertainment. The Grand Palladium Resort all-inclusive provides towel service so you may leave yours back on your cruise ship - please ask the staff.

There are 3 lunch buffets set up for you to choose as much food as you want - there is a seemingly endless variety to choose from. Options vary daily. There are a staggering 13 bars for you to enjoy your endless open bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for this day pass from Montego Bay. Access to the rooms and any of the ala carte restaurants are not included.

There is a special children's pool and play area with activities for them to enjoy and keep entertained. Parents are required to supervise their children at all times. Excursion Notes

• We suggest you bring your swimsuit, sun protection, cash for any shopping purchases, tips, etc.
  
• If anyone from your group does not show up without the required prior notice, you will need to pay 20% of their balance as well (directly to the operator as a no-show penalty).
  
• It is mandatory that all the participants present a government-issued identification (not the ship card) on the check-in to the Front Desk staff. Your ID will be held and returned to you when leaving the resort day pass property at the end of your Montego Bay Beach Resort Day Pass Excursion.
  
• You will receive an armband which is removed by the front desk staff on departure.
  
• There will be an assigned rep from our local operator on site to assist you at the pick-up. Please note that the driver dispatched may be a different one than dropped you off. There is no shuttle service; you have one assigned pickup time. If you choose to leave early, please inform your rep or the security guard at the gate (not the front desk) so the driver does not spend extra time looking for you and delaying the other guests on the transport.
  

Where we meet

For this Montego Bay Resort Day Pass Excursion, you will meet at your Montego Bay Cruise Terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
  
• Adults 18 years and older are allowed in the Casino.
• There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter-accessible vehicles available.
• If you leave the resort day pass early or miss your assigned pick-up time, the taxi cost back to your cruise ship terminal in Montego Bay, Jamaica, is not included.
  

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
