“ There were some hiccups which prevented me from booking this right away. The first time I tried to book, the site showed the wrong cruise ship for my sail date and the wrong ports of call. Once that was resolved, I had difficulty with account verification and needed to call customer service. The rep helped me quickly and I was able to continue with my booking. Next, I had a question about how to pay the remaining balance. I used live chat for that one, also very quick and the answer was concise, exactly what I needed to know. Overall, I'm happy with the choice, the process could have been easier for me though.
