When you arrive at the Royalton White Sands Resort, your driver will verify the local time with you and give you the pick-up time to meet the return transport. It is important to note that local time may differ from your ship time!

Once you are checked in (ID is required) for your beach resort day pass, just pick your perfect spot. You can choose between going directly to enjoy the beach or having a delicious breakfast available until 10:30 AM! You will have many amenities and activities to choose from, including 2 adult swimming pools, lounge chairs at the pool and beach, ping pong tables, cooking classes, dance classes, beach volleyball, trivia games, beach and Olympics, kayaks, and snorkeling. One of the great pools is a special pirate-themed water park where the children can play and have fun! Towel service is also included, although please consider these are first come first serve therefore, we highly suggest bringing yours. There is also a freshwater 'river' that runs through the resort area and can be a unique way to catch some sun and some sights.

If you leave early, please inform your rep or the security guard at the gate (not the front desk) so the driver does not spend extra time looking for you and delaying the other guests on the transport.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old on this Falmouth All-Inclusive Royalton White Sands Beach Resort Day Pass.
• Even though the resort is child-friendly, children must be supervised at all times.
  
• There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter-accessible vehicles available.
  
• If you leave the resort early or miss your assigned pick-up time, the taxi cost back to your ship is not included.
• This Falmouth resort day pass excursion is only available for cruise passengers.

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
