Your relaxing day in Split begins as you disembark from your cruise ship terminal. Meet your guide and board comfortable round-trip transportation for a scenic drive towards Kastela, a cluster of seven settlements and an economic center near Split. Your first stop will be atop the hills of Split, where you can capture stunning photos and admire panoramic views of the harbor.
Next, journey to one of the region's finest wineries. Here, delve into the fascinating winemaking process, guided by local expertise. Sample a selection of beloved local wines paired with delicious appetizers, while your guide shares captivating stories and insights about the area.
Following the winery visit, indulge in a traditional freshly prepared lunch. You'll have approximately an hour to savor the flavors and explore the charming medieval ambiance of Dalmatia County.

Where we meet
For this Split Wine and Dine, Taste of Dalmatia Excursion, you will meet your local excursion guide outside your Split cruise pier. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket. If your ship is at anchor, please allow enough time to tender ashore for your departure.
Cancellation
For the Split Wine and Dine Taste of Dalmatia Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 3 days prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.
For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:
- Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
- Your ship skips/misses the port.
- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
- A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
- Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
- Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
