Your friendly Montego Bay beach resort day pass excursion staff will greet you just outside the cruise ship area where they will get you checked in and on your way to the transportation. The ride to the Secrets Wild Orchid Resort is only about 5 minutes. When you arrive at the Secrets Wild Orchid Resort, your driver will verify the local time with you and give you the pick-up time to meet the return transportation. It is important to note that local time may be different than your ship's time!

There are numerous options and things to do during your stay at Secrets Wild Orchid Resort during your day pass excursion. Excursion Notes

• We suggest you bring your swimsuit, sun protection, cash for balance payment, purchases, tips, etc.
• If anyone from your group does not show up without the required prior notice, you will need to pay 20% of their balance as well (directly to the operator as a no-show penalty).
  
• It is mandatory for all the participants to show a photo ID or Ship Card during the check-in to the Front Desk staff.
• There will be an assigned rep from our local operator on site to assist you at the pick-up. Please note that the driver dispatched may be a different one than dropped you off. There is no shuttle service; you have one assigned pickup time. If you choose to leave early, please inform your rep or the security guard at the gate (not the front desk) so the driver does not spend extra time looking for you and delaying the other guests on the transport.

Where we meet

For this Montego Bay Adults-Only Secrets Wild Orchid Resort All-Inclusive Day Pass with Transfer, you will meet at your Montego Bay Cruise Terminal.  All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The Montego Bay Adults-Only Secrets Wild Orchid Resort All-Inclusive Day Pass with Transfer is adults-only (18 years and up).
• There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter-accessible vehicles available.
  
• If you leave the resort day pass early or miss your assigned pick-up time, the taxi cost back to your ship is not included.
  

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
