Your adventure begins at a convenient meeting point where your friendly guide will greet you. After check-in, you'll receive a safety briefing and embark on a smooth boat ride to the parasailing launch site. If you're not traveling alone you can fly solo, tandem, or triple depending on weight distribution. Once harnessed in, feel the excitement build as you lift off into the sky, taking in sweeping views of the coastline for an approximate time of 12 minutes, the longest in town!

• The parasail boats can host up to 12 passengers.
• Each flight lasts between 8-12 minutes.
• Tandem or triple passenger flights are determined on-site, taking into consideration weight distribution for the safety of all passengers.

Where we meet

For the Key West Parasailing Shore Excursion, you will meet your shore excursion guide within a short taxi ride from your your Cruise Terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age to participate in this excursion is 5 years old.
• The minimum age to fly solo is 16 years old and parents or guardians must sign a waiver.
• The maximum weight for tandem flights (up to 3 guests) is 500 lbs.
• This excursion is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
