If you long for that adrenaline rush, then this is the perfect combo excursion for you. You'll be taken out on a Jet-Boat to zip, twirl, and glide across the beautiful Caribbean sea.

This great day begins close by your cruise ship pier area either a brief walk or taxi ride away. You'll be met by your guide and then head across the street to where the boat will be waiting for you.

Your experienced captain and crew will greet you, pass out your life jackets, and then assist you onboard the board. After some brief safety information, get ready for your thrilling ride on the Thriller Jet-Boat that packs a whopping 700 hp. Your captain will show you simple hand motions that will keep you informed of what he'll do next. He will put the boat at full throttle to get you to the "performance" area about 10 minutes away. Then off you go for the thrills of a lifetime as you spin, turn, stop and glide for approximately 30 minutes. Expect to get wet... that's half the fun on your ride!

At the end of your Thriller ride, the boat will take you back and tie up at the starting pier where you may either explore Cozumel, walk back to your pier or take a take a taxi into town. Note that the boat ride is approximately 45 minutes from the time it leaves dock to the return.

This fun excursion gives you a dose of adrenaline and gets you back in plenty of time to sightsee, shop or explore the island on your own.

Excursion Notes

• Sunglasses or any other accessory may fly-away due to the speed ride.
  
• You are guaranteed to get soaking wet so please plan accordingly.
• Bring along cash for transportation (if applicable), tips, etc.
• Not available on Sundays

Where we meet

For the Cozumel Thriller Jet Speed Boat Excursion, you will meet at a convenient location close to the cruise terminals. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum participation age is 12 years old.
• In case of any misuse of equipment that may lead to damages, there might be a damage fee by the operator.
• Guests under any fo the following illness/medical conditions are NOT allowed to participate: pregnancy, asthma, heart disease, epilepsy, respiratory conditions, blodd pressure conditions, medicated/taking antidepressants, lithium, beta-blockers or vein constrictors, anxiety attacks or panic attacks.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will not be allowed to participate and there will be NO refund.
• The jet boat ride will be bumpy due to ocean conditions, therefore this excursion is not allowed for pregnant or nursing women, guests with medical conditions such as back, neck, joint or muscular injuries, heart condtions, surgeries or people affected by issues after a trauma. NOTE: The operator on-site will take into consideration all restrictions and make the final assessment if a guest is allowed or denied participation.
• All participants must be in good helath and phyusical condition and self-suffient to participate.
• This excursion is not available for guests in wheelchairs or any mobility issues.
• Participants must comply with all instructions given by guide.
• No one under the age of 18 years allowed to participate without be supervised and accompanied by paying/particpating adult.
• ALL PARTICPANTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
