Excursion Notes

• We recommend that guests bring a swimsuit, towel, sun protection, cash for additional purchases, and tips.
• Please note that the excursion offers both manual and automatic vehicles. The type of vehicle assigned to each passenger will depend on availability at the time of the excursion.
• The maximum capacity per buggy is 5 participants.
• Although all drivers must present a valid driver's license, a physical license is not required. Valid digital driver's licenses are also accepted.
• The minimum age to drive is 18 years old.
• This excursion requires a minimum of 2 guests to operate.

Where we meet

For this Cozumel Private Buggy, Snorkeling and Lunch Excursion, you will meet your guide just across the street from your cruise ship terminal in Cozumel. All necessary information will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Parents must supervise their children at all times.
• Please note your guide will drive your buggy for groups of 4 or less. For larger groups, you will follow the guide.
• Drivers may not consume alcohol during the excursion.
• This excursion is not suitable for guests with limited mobility (such as those with knee or hip issues, or using walkers, wheelchairs, or mobility scooters).
• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18. Guests may be asked to provide proof of age for the tequila tasting.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
