Your adventurous Cozumel excursion begins just a short walk from your Cozumel cruise terminal where you will meet your friendly guide. They will help you choose the correct scooter and make any necessary adjustments for a perfect fit. You will also receive basic operating and safety instructions before heading out to explore Cozumel.
The electric scooters are comfortable and not complicated to drive. This makes it an easy and fun drive for all ages, experienced and amateurs alike! You won't want to forget your camera on this excursion, as there will be many photo ops.
Once you are all set on your electric scooter you will head out and follow your guide along Rafael Melgar Avenue, the main avenue that runs along the waterfront. Your first stop is the Military Air Base. Your guide will share with you the incredible history of the three Mexican Bomber planes that were used during World War II.
The fun does not stop here, as your next stop will be the plaza where the Mexican Flag is located, also known as "Explanada de la Bandera". You will have ample time here to take some beautiful panoramic pictures and take in the views of the city and the gorgeous turquoise-blue Caribbean sea. You might even want to try out your skills and do some spins on your scooter.
Last but not least, you will head to Playa Uvas beach club. It's a beautiful scenic drive on the coastal road to the beach club. When arriving at the beach club the host will be waiting for you to show you the facilities. Playa Uvas beach club is great for snorkeling or kayaking. Take a dip in the beautiful crystal clear blue water, or simply relax on the beach.
When your fun-filled day comes to an end, your guide will take you back to the meeting point. If you choose to stay longer, there are taxis available for you to take back to your cruise terminal at your own expense.
