Looking for some fun? Then choose the unique bobsled ride at Mystic Mountain Park. Have fun riding the famous Bobsled Ride, inspired by the Jamaican Olympic Bobsledding team. The ride is 1,000 meters of gorgeous tropical splendor and thrilling dips and turns. Then you can wander through the lush butterfly garden, check out the specially designed hummingbird garden, and learn about Ocho Rios at the Mystic Pavilion. To top this all off, there's a waterslide pool park and an infinity pool with great views, and a lookout point for the best shots of the island. This great day starts by meeting with your guide just inside your Ocho Rios cruise ship terminal. You'll be brought to the comfortable transportation and take a brief 6-minute ride to the park. Then it's time to ride the Sky Explorer chairlift up to Mystic Mountain. Enjoy the incredible views and the lush rainforest along the way on your 20-minute ride.

There is a lot to see and do at the top of Mystic Mountain and the most unique is included in this package, the Bobsled Ride; it's a fan favorite. Built into the side of a mountain, gravity and the rollers on the bottom of the bobsled do all the work. You'll be belted in your single-person "bobsled" and have the ability to slow down to check out the scenery or take it at its most thrilling pace. Loads of fun and lots of laughter are what goes along with this ride, enjoy! Inspired by the legendary 1988 Olympic bobsled underdogs, the Jamaican Bobsled Team. The bobsled ride is approximately 10 minutes.

Once the bobsled ride is completed, you'll also find different gardens that feature the beauty of the tropics. The Butterfly Garden has been designed to attract and feed butterflies, but they remain free to fly, there's no enclosure. There is also a Hummingbird Garden that has also been designed to attract these beauties. You can discover more about Ocho Rios at the Mystic Pavilion, a high-roofed pavilion with displays, shops, and loads of information.

For those who love the water, there's a waterslide pool with a slide that is 252 feet (77 meters) of seamless construction. You'll slide down quickly into a deep-bottomed pool that's separated from the lovely infinity pool where you can sit and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. You will have approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to explore the other activities on Mystic Mountain.

Once your time is over at Mystic Mountain, you'll ride the Sky Explorer chair lift back down to the base and board your transportation. You'll then be returned to your Ocho Rios cruise ship terminal.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum height required is 46in (1.17 meters).
• Maximum weight per guest is 300lbs (136Kg).
• Children must be accompanied by an adult, guardian, or parent.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
