Start your day with an exhilarating climb up at Dunn's River Falls, followed by delicious drinks and lunch at Reggae Hill. 

Your licensed Ocho Rios shore excursion guide and transportation will pick you up from right outside the cruise pier in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Your friendly, English-speaking guide will provide you with informative and entertaining facts about Dunn’s River Falls during the scenic drive to your first stop at Dunn's River  Falls. 

The Dunn's River Falls are an iconic location in Jamaica and receive thousands of visitors/fall climbers each year. Climbing up Dunn's River Falls is fun and easy! All family members will enjoy this activity, just follow the leader and scale the rocks. Your Dunn's River Falls shore excursion guide will create a human chain to help everyone get to the top of the famous jungle river waterfalls. You can also, of course, go at your own pace and stay in one of the many natural pools for a water massage as it cascades over the rocks. The views of the Caribbean Sea are incredible. If you are not up for the climb, you can also just wait at the bottom of the falls relax in the cool water, and watch the others go up.

There are also numerous shops to browse for souvenirs, wood carving items, straw crafts, and other art pieces at Dunn's River Craft Park. 

As you arrive at Reggae Hill, you’ll get checked in and then the day is yours to enjoy! Relax in your complimentary chair and enjoy light entertainment, including line dancing and cocktail demonstrations by our kool bartenders. Take a walk along the riverbank, jump in for a refreshing swim, or just dip your toes in the cool spring water. For a real treat book a riverside massage.

You will be treated to delicious cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks while relaxing on the riverside! Try a tasty lunch of tapas-style Jamaican dishes, which includes: ackee & saltfish with plantains (seasonal) or stir-fried vegetables & saltfish with plantains, spicy jerk sausage & pineapple skewers served over saffron rice, Jamaican jerk chicken accompanied with festival & raisin coleslaw, and cinnamon banana puffs with a guava rum sauce.

At the end of your shore excursion day, the transportation will take you back to the Ocho Rios cruise ship pier.

• Please note there are no water sports available at Reggae Hill.
• Extra food and drinks are available to purchase onsite.
• There are river-side massages available at extra cost.
• There is an observation deck next to the waterfall for guests who do not want to climb.

Where we meet

For Ocho Rios Dunn's River Falls Excursion with Cocktails and Lunch at Reggae Hill, you will meet directly at your Ocho Rios,  Jamaica Cruise Terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Please note for safety reasons, it is mandatory to wear water shoes or rubber-soled shoes (no flip-flops allowed).
• The minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years old.
• This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
• This excursion is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• For safety reasons, this excursion is not suitable for pregnant guests.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
