You'll meet your English-speaking, professional guide inside the cruise port area who will then escort you on your transportation to the boat. Then you'll enjoy a 20-minute sail over to this exclusive and amazing private island getaway, Pearl Island. With a limited number of guests per day on this Pearl Island shore excursion from Nassau, this is truly a small piece of tropical paradise. Admire the natural beauty including hermit crabs, curly-tailed lizards, and its spectacular marine life.

Upon arrival to private Pearl Island, your friendly shore excursion staff will guide you to your private cabana for the day. With amazing views of the lighthouse, you can settle in your cabana and relax. Your personal server will also offer you a complimentary welcome drink.  On this private excursion, each guest receives a freshly prepared Bahamian lunch, such as BBQ chicken, fish fingers, peas and rice, coleslaw, and lemonade (items may vary). You can also take advantage of a unique island bar serving up tropical concoctions with and without alcohol for an additional cost (CASHLESS, CREDIT CARD ONLY).

If you would like to join the included guided snorkel excursion, please bring your snorkel gear! All guests on Pearl Island have access to 2 stunning beaches and will have use of kayaks and SUP stand-up paddleboards along with water mats and trampolines to enjoy the turquoise water. Do not forget to climb the iconic lighthouse to admire the beautiful and breathtaking landscape. There are water stations on the island, restrooms, showers, a bar, as well as lockers (rental cost of approx. $10.00 USD).

Upon completion of your Pearl Island excursion, the boat will take you back to your Nassau cruise ship terminal with plenty of time to board your ship.

Excursion Notes

• There is a maximum of 2 guests per cabana. Prices are per person.
• We recommend you bring along sun protection, a swimsuit, a towel, a change of clothes, and a camera, no cash is accepted...only credit cards, tips, snorkel gear, etc.
  
• Lockers are available for rent at $10.00 USD per day per locker (credit card only).

Where we meet

For the Nassau Pearl Island VIP Ocean View Cabana for 2 with Lunch Excursion, you will meet your shore excursion guides inside Paradise Island Ferry Terminal just a short taxi ride. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Cruise Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• All activities are weather permitting. The operator reserves the right to cancel certain activities for safety reasons.
  
• The minimum age to participate in the snorkel adventure is 8 years old.
• All guests need to have basic swimming skills and be comfortable in the water to snorkel.
• The maximum weight to participate in the snorkel adventure is 250lb (114 kg).
• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old. ID may be required.
  
• All underage children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Please consider this if you choose to go snorkeling and have children under the age of 8 who may not go. Adults must snorkel with children.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
