Your amazing day will start once you meet your guide at the Via Cogorano, near your cruise ship terminal, your experienced and professional guide will help you to optimize your time in port to its fullest!

First, on your itinerary, you will jump to your transportation and head to one of the most iconic places in Italy, Pisa! Along your way to this UNESCO World Heritage site, your guide will provide you with excellent explanations and interesting facts about it, you will learn lots of history and anecdotes from the city to share with your friends and enjoy Pisa at your own pace!

Jump back to your transportation to your next stop, Manarola, which is the smallest village of Cinque Terre! As part of a territory declared a UNESCO heritage site, there are lots of interesting things to see.

You can relax in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea (remember to bring your swimsuit to enjoy the beach), or explore the colorful city. Taste the traditional flavors of the village, such as pesto and focaccia. You can also walk around and visit some of the charming little shops and get great souvenirs from the fishing village.

Once your incredible experience comes to an end and after taking all the pictures you want, you will jump back to your transportation to return to your meeting point near your cruise terminal to board your cruise safe and sound.

• Excursion prices shown are quoted in US dollars.
  
• Reservations need to be booked a minimum of 2 days in advance.
• Please be advised this service is provided by reservation and your ticket IS NOT usable for a different time from the one shown on your booking.
• If you miss your shuttle, there may or may NOT be space on another bus.
• The shuttle transportation service from the port to Via Cogorano is not included.
• As you may be visiting a religious or memorial site, shoulders and knees must be covered on men and women.
  
• We suggest you have cash (Euros) on hand for the entrance fee, refreshments, excursion staff gratuities, shopping, etc.
• Sensible, rubber-soled walking shoes are highly recommended along with sun protection.
  
• Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if requirements are not met.
  
• YOU WILL RECEIVE A VOUCHER IN A SEPARATE EMAIL. YOU MUST BRING A PRINTED COPY OF THE VOUCHER TO BOARD THE BUS.
  
• You must print and surrender a paper version of the voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund will be given to customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

Where we meet

For this Livorno to Pisa and Manarola jewel of Cinque Terre Excursion, you will meet your friendly staff at Via Cogorano close to your Livorno Cruise Terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Guests must be able to walk on paved, gravel, and cobblestone surfaces, some on inclines at most stops.
  
• There are steps required to enter several of the sites as well as steep curbs in some areas.
• This excursion involves a lot of walking so it is NOT suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
  
• This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
• Seating on the bus is on a first come basis.
  
• Excursion tickets are only valid on City Sightseeing buses. Unused tickets or tickets presented to another operator are non-refundable.
  
• Schedule times might change due to traffic or any other force majeure.

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
