You will need to make your own way to Florence from your cruise ship port in Livorno. You will discover this magical city from a distinctive point of view aboard a double-decker bus as you navigate your way through history. While onboard you will have access to a free app featuring an audioguide for the historic center in 5 languages and the remainder of the city in 8 languages. You may hop on and off as many times as you like, providing complete control of your visit.
Note: If you arrive on the Livorno Affordable Shuttle to Florence (must order separately), the closest stop is just an 8-minute walk from where it will drop you off.

There are two routes year-round, all the buses are equipped with free WiFi. Your driver and guide while not a guide, can answer many general questions you might have.
You may choose to stay onboard for the full route on one or both buses or choose to hop off at the stops where you wish to explore more. Just keep in mind that if you purchase the Livorno Affordable Shuttle to Florence to get to Florence that you must be at the departure point at the appointed time for your return trip back to Livorno.

BLUE ROUTE
From 09:30 AM to 04:55 PM. The full circuit is 60 minutes and runs every 30 minutes.
RED ROUTE
Departure at 10:30 AM / 12:30 PM / 02:30 PM. The full circuit is 120 minutes.
