Enjoy a relaxing beach day for the whole family on your stop at Falmouth Jamaica. Swim in the ocean or pool, stroll the beach, take a nap in the shade and wine and dine on great food with a day pass to the beautiful Hyatt Ziva resort on Montego Bay.

You'll meet your driver at your Falmouth cruise ship terminal for the short, 35 minutes drive to the Hyatt Ziva Resort for your day in the sun with the family. Swim or lounge by one of two pools. One pool is designed for relaxation and the other is an activity pool with swim-up bar where you can order tropical cocktails made with freshly squeezed juices. There are also a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages so you don't have to leave the pool.

There are also two heated whirlpools to unwind in. You can join a water aerobics class or a dance lesson if you want some exercise. Or maybe meet some new friends in a pool volleyball game. You'll also have access to the non-motorized watersports such as kayak and windsurfing.

If you love the ocean there's the beach with sugary white sand and stunning blue and turquoise ocean waters. Take a swim or bring your own gear and try some snorkeling. Welcome to the Caribbean! Your day pass includes lounge chairs at the pool and beach plus a towel service - note that the chairs, loungers and umbrellas are first come, first use.

Food and drinks from any open restaurant are also included - all you want. Choose from any of the open buffet restaurants offering items such as salad, pastries, seafood, chicken wings, homemade desserts and more! If you want to keep your friends updated on your amazing vacation, free WiFi is available in the common areas.

At the end of your day, you'll be returned to your Falmouth cruise terminal. Note that the resort hours are 09:30 AM to 04:30 PM and guests are not permitted past that hour.

Excursion Notes

• We suggest you bring your swimsuit, sun protection, cash for balance payment, purchases, tips, etc.
• If anyone from your group does not show up without the required prior notice, you will need to pay 20% of their balance as well (directly to the operator as a no-show penalty).
  
• It is mandatory that all the participants present a government-issued identification (not the ship card) on the check-in to the Front Desk staff. Your ID will be held and return to you when leaving the Resort property.
  
• There will be an assigned rep from our local operator on site to assist you at the pick-up. Please note that the driver dispatched may be a different one than dropped you off. There is not a shuttle service; you have one assigned pickup time. If you choose to leave early, please inform your rep or the security guard at the gate (not the front desk) so the driver does not spend extra time looking for you and delaying the other guests on the transport.

Where we meet

For this Falmouth Hyatt Ziva All Inclusive Day Pass Excursion, you will meet directly at your Falmouth Jamaica Cruise Terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• There are no motorized wheelchairs or mobility scooter accessible vehicles available.
  
• If you leave the resort early or miss your assigned pick-up time, the taxi cost back to your ship is not included.
• This excursion is only available for cruise passengers

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
