Head out on the coastal waters of Curacao on this guided Jet Ski and snorkel shore excursion. See the contrasting scenery consisting of cliffs, small beaches, coves, and secluded beaches. From the stunning Table Mountain, enjoy picturesque scenery including magnificent villas, luxurious yachts, and fascinating mangroves with interesting wildlife.

Meet your guide by the cruise pier and take a 30-minute transfer on air-conditioned transport to the base office in Caracas Bay. On arrival at the base, there are restrooms available and lockers can be rented at an additional cost of $2.00USD to store your belongings.

The experienced excursion guides will show you how to operate the jet skis and give you all of the safety tips. They will then assist you on the jet skis for a quick practice before leading your group out into the bay. Enjoy a guided cruise of the Curacao coast - see luxury homes, yachts, mangroves, and even Tafelberg (Table Mountain). Zipping over the water, you will arrive at your snorkeling spot. Do not forget to bring your waterproof camera to create memorable photos of not only the coast and the turquoise waters but the marine life as you swim and snorkel in the crystal water.

For the snorkeling segment of your excursion, you will explore a tugboat shipwreck, located on the protected southeast side of Caracas Bay. Known simply as The Tugboat, this vessel sank 25 years ago and is now home to a wide array of marine life including colorful coral and schools of brightly colored tropical fish. The guide will pass out your snorkeling gear, show you how to use it, and then lead you on a guided snorkel over the shallow wreck. Snorkel gear is included (mask, fins, snorkel, and optional inflatable snorkel vest).

After the snorkel, you will get back on your jet ski and follow the guide back to the base in Caracas Bay where your ground transport will be waiting to drive you back to the cruise pier. Bottled water is included.

Please note participants must be physically active to take this shore excursion. There is the option to ride the Jet Ski either solo or double riding - please see the order form. An ID and credit card voucher is required at the operator's office before the excursion begins.

Excursion Notes

• We suggest you bring along sun protection, a swimsuit, a towel, a change of clothes, a camera, and cash to purchase food, drinks, tips, shopping, etc.
  
• There are 2 vehicles (both air air-conditioned) - 12 passenger van and a 28-passenger bus. The vehicle used depends on the final count for the excursion.
• The jet ski may be ordered for single or double riding.
• There are lockers at the base available for $2.00 USD to store possessions (at extra cost).
• An ID and a credit card voucher are required at the operator's office before the excursion begins.

Where we meet

For this Curacao Guided Jet Ski and Snorkel Excursion, you will meet right at your cruise pier terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• This excursion is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
• There is no storage space for a foldable wheelchair.
• The minimum participation age is 12 years.
• The minimum age to drive alone is 18 years; the minimum age to drive with an adult is 16 years old.
• Guests should know how to swim.
• Guests must be physically fit to pull themselves back onto the jet ski from the deep water.
• Maximum weight per jet ski is 360lbs (163Kg).
• All under-aged children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• This Curacao Guided Jet Ski and Snorkel Excursion may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
