Where we meet

For the Cozumel Private Jeep Sightseeing with Snorkel by Boat Excursion, your meeting location is just outside your cruise ship terminals. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Participants must drive their own jeep (your guide may go on board providing directions or driving another vehicle to be followed).
• The minimum age to drive a Jeep is 18 years old, and guests must present a valid driver’s license.
• The minimum age to participate in the snorkel activity is 5 years old.
• This excursion is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
• The snorkel portion of this excursion is not available for people with heart/lung problems, epilepsy, recent surgeries (6 months), or pregnant guests.
• A parent or guardian MUST accompany guests under 18 years old at all times.
• Guests must take into consideration their fitness level to participate in the excursion.
• The minimum age to drink alcoholic beverages is 18 years old.
• No sunscreen is allowed during the snorkel part of the excursion for reef preservation. Please wear long-sleeve clothing and a hat.
• Participants under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to join the excursion.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
