Your meeting spot is not far from the cruise piers where the Amazing Cozumel Race Cruise Excursion staff will be waiting for you. Once the group is gathered, they will pass out your supplies, go over the rules and instructions, then on your mark, get set, go!
Using clues, and solving puzzles, you will get to see some areas many cruise tourists do not. All safe and fun! You will be given a clue that will lead you to where the next clue is waiting and so forth.
The Cozumel Amazing Race Excursion team will decide which direction to go. Clues can be a place, person or thing. Asking questions or directions to the friendly locals are encouraged as they join in on the fun too. You will mainly be in the downtown area and journey down the safe streets of Cozumel. Each team is given a cell phone to call command central for a hint to a clue if needed. There will also be Cozumel Amazing Race shore excursion staff members strategically positioned along the route.
You won't know how your other Amazing Race excursion teams are doing if they are on the right track, or how you stand against the other teams until the very end. The finish line is in a nearby neighborhood family cantina-style restaurant with a special area just for the racers. You can relax and rehash and cheer on the other teams as they finish. You will receive 2 free beverages and a special discount for food purchases as part of this Amazing Race Cozumel Shore Excursion. There are many tasty Mexican menu options, so don't miss out!
Amazing Race medals will be given out to the top 3 teams and everyone will surely have a good time. After the award presentation, you may choose to stay and eat or head off in your own direction.

Where we meet
For this Amazing Cozumel Race Cruise Excursion, you will meet just a short walk from the downtown pier or a 5-minute taxi ride from the other piers. All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.
Cancellation
For the Amazing Cozumel Race Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:
- You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
- Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
- Your ship misses/skips the port.
- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
- A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
- Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
- Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
