Join to this four-hour excursion to discover and admire the most representative and amazing wildlife IN Seward, Alaska. This exciting cruise will take you through the cold waters of Resurrection Bay to look at beautiful species from gorgeous eagles to magnificent whales!
Your excursion will start once you meet your guide at your convenient meeting location only 5 minutes away from your Seward cruise terminal. Your professional guide will help you with your check-in process and take you to the pier where you will get to board your cruise for your adventure!
There are many exciting things to see during your cruise. The ride is completely narrated by your captain, and gives you important information about the area. You will cruise Resurrection Bay where you will pass by the Kenai Fjords National Park, which is inhabited by a large variety of terrestrial and marine animals, including bears, humpback whales, steller sea lions, harbor seals, puffins, eagles, and many seabirds species. Your captain will also give you information about all these animals and during the excursion, you will be provided with binoculars for your best views! Continue your day, you will enjoy other interesting spots during your 4-hour ride, for example, the Bear Glacier (piedmont glacier, if visibility weather allows), the largest glacier in Kenia Fjords National Park, the Cape Resurrection, Bird Rookery, Steller Sea Lion Haul Out, Thumb Cove, Humpy Cove and El Dorado Narrows! (Please note that the route to follow will depend on wildlife and weather conditions).
When your ride through the beautiful Seward comes to an end, you will go back directly to the pier at your meeting point, your guide will help you to disembark and you will be more than welcome to return to your cruise ship terminal or if you prefer, you can keep exploring on your own.

Where we meet
For this Seward Kenai Fjords Wildlife Cruise Excursion, you will meet your local excursion guide at a convenient point just about a 3-5 minute taxi ride from your Seward cruise pier area. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.
Cancellation
For the Seward Kenai Fjords Wildlife Cruise Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 3 days prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.
For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:
- Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
- Your ship skips/misses the port.
- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
- A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
- Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
- Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
