Your exclusive adventure begins with a pickup from the pier, followed by a relaxing drive through the picturesque Costa Rican countryside in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle or minibus. Along the way, your guide will highlight various points of interest, including mango, coffee, sugar, and citrus plantations, vibrant fruit stands, and charming rural farming communities. You'll be heading to the Central Pacific Coast, passing by the Tarcoles River and Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park, before arriving at our private property, approximately 75 minutes from the Puntarenas Pier.
Upon arrival, you'll have some free time to use the restrooms and explore the surroundings before the adventure begins. At our adventure center, you'll receive instructions and take a test run on our specially designed-private track. From there, your guide will lead you through jungle trails, across rivers, along sometimes bumpy dirt paths, and to viewpoints, all while experiencing the real rainforest and visiting a stunning waterfall.
Weather permitting, you can take a quick swim at the waterfall during a short break. Throughout the tour, your guide will provide bottled water, and at the end of this two-hour Costa Rica ATV adventure, you'll be greeted with fresh tropical fruits.
The excursion continues with a short drive to the Tarcoles River, where a 60-minute eco-boat tour offers the chance to observe the area's abundant wildlife, including massive crocodiles, various aquatic birds, scarlet macaws, howler monkeys, and other incredible tropical species.
After these two exciting adventures, you'll return to the pier. Upon arrival, you can choose to explore the city or head directly back to your ship. For those interested in strolling along the boulevards, the pier is conveniently located right in the city, making it easy to return to your ship.
