Your horseback riding adventure begins right from a convenient location near your Puerto Vallarta Cruise Terminal where your guide and transportation are waiting for you. The drive is scenic and the travel time is not long. Once you arrive at the stables area you will receive a refreshing welcome drink and be introduced to your friendly guide and paired with a horse that matches your riding skills for your safety and fun!
This is a great opportunity for those looking not only to see the beauty of the Sierra Madre Mountains but also to experience and explore them! The horse ride is the ideal option to let yourself get into the flora and fauna of the marvelous forest, where you can observe unique and spectacular natural views. The best part is that you will be able to admire the river while riding a horse next to the calm and unique crystal waters of the Cuale River.
Of course, all this activity in nature will awaken your appetite, so do not worry! Your friendly guide will provide you with all the purified water and seasonal fruit you need, also you are more than welcome to bring your snacks!

All the good has an end so once your shore excursion is completed, you will be returned to your meeting point and you may take a taxi back to your Puerto Vallarta cruise terminal at your leisure and expense.

For the Puerto Vallarta Horseback Riding Adventure Excursion, the meeting point is within walking distance from your Puerto Vallarta Cruise Ship Terminal. All necessary information will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.
Cancellation
For the Puerto Vallarta Horseback Riding Adventure Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.
For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:
- Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
- Your ship skips/misses the port.
- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
- A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
- Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
- Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
