PLEASE NOTE: Taxi drivers are paid a commission to take guests to a private beach. They may try and tell you Lucayan Beach is closed and they can take you somewhere else. This is false information and please insist they follow the directions on your e-ticket.

You will be given your gear, the basic instructions on how to operate it, and tips on where to go to enjoy your jet ski time. The warm, turquoise water is your course...there is no set area for you to stay inside of. The staff will keep an eye on you from the beach should you need any assistance.

Whether you want to ride alone or have someone else on the back, the pricing is the same. This is a good activity for the whole family. The minimum age to ride on the back is 6 years old and all drivers must have a valid driver's license with them. Each jet ski must have someone 18 years old or older. When your fun jet ski excursion is completed, you may stay at the beach. Lucayan Beach has many facilities with numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping options all in the same area. You may take a taxi back at your leisure - taxi costs are not included. There is also a shuttle for $5.00usd p/p one way from the pier.

Excursion Notes

• We suggest you bring a swimsuit, towels, sun protection, cash for purchases, food, drinks, taxi fare, etc.
• You must present your valid driver's license from home.
• A credit card is needed as an insurance deposit.
• Transportation costs are not included.
  

Where we meet

For this Freeport Jet Ski Cruise Excursion, you will meet just a 15-20 minute taxi ride from your cruise ship terminal. Details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket. There is also a shuttle for approx. $5.00usd per person, one way. Transportation costs are not included.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum participation age is 6 years old.
• The minimum age to drive a jet ski/wave runner without an adult is 18 years old.
• The maximum weight for a single jet ski is 300lbs (136Kg), and tandem combined 400lbs (181Kg).
• Guests need to be able to pull themselves onto the wave runner if they fall off.
• This excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.
• This Freeport Jet Ski Rental Adventure at Lucaya Beach may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
