Your exciting day will start once you disembark from your cruise and take one of the many taxis available outside your cruise ship terminal to enjoy a relaxing, short ride to Rancho Linda Vista. 

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Cozumel’s cruise terminal, Rancho Linda Vista will offer an exciting and immersive 90-minute ATV ride that will awaken your sense of adventure. Whether you're arriving by cruise ship or staying on the island, this tour is designed to give you maximum thrills in minimal time.

Once you meet your friendly guide at the Rancho, they will give you a brief explanation about how to ride your ATV (experience is not needed, your guide will assist you during the entire ride!) and provide you with the safety equipment to ensure the maximum fun without worries! Then, it’s time to hop on your ATV and follow our experienced guide as you venture through the ranch's rugged, jungle-lined trails.

Your first stop will be to explore the depths of two natural limestone caves, rich in geological formations and local legends. These caverns are not only visually stunning but also give you a taste of the ancient terrain that has shaped this island for centuries. 

Next, you will discover a small cenote, a natural freshwater pool nestled within the jungle. Bring your swimsuit, because this stop invites you to cool off with a refreshing dip in crystal-clear waters, surrounded by the serenity of nature (if conditions allow it).

Your excursion continues with a stop at a genuine Mayan ruin, a silent monument to the rich history and culture that once flourished on the island. It’s a great moment to pause, reflect, and even take a few unforgettable photos.

Before and after the ride, you’ll enjoy access to the on-site amenities including a welcoming lobby, clean restrooms, and secure lockers where you can store your belongings. After your adventure, bottled water will be provided so you can rehydrate and relax before returning to the cruise terminal! Excursion Notes

• Closed-toe shoes are mandatory (no flip-flops or sandals).
• We recommend you wear sensible clothes that you do not mind getting wet or dirty.
  
• Please remember to wear your swimsuit under your clothing if you would like to swim in a freshwater cenote.
  
• Please note the operator uses semi-automatic ATVs and the guests will drive automatically with the guides assistance.
• Note that this is a jungle setting, and the cenote is not a traditional swimming pool. Depending on the conditions, you may/may not be able to swim in it. due to safety. No refunds apply in case swimming is not permitted.
• Bring along sun protection, bug repellent, a towel, a change of clothes, cash for the balance payment, sodas, souvenirs, photos, tips, etc.
• There are lockers and restrooms available on-site.
  
• For the taxi fare, you can expect to pay from $20.00 up to $40.00 each way, depending on the group size.

Where we meet

For this Cozumel Off Road Caves Exploration, Mayan Ruins and Cenote Swim Excursion, you will meet after a short 5-minute, safe taxi ride to Rancho Linda Vista from your Cozumel cruise ship terminal (approximate taxi cost is USD 18.00 for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum driving age is 15 years old. 
•  Underage participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Guests should wear closed-toe shoes/sports sandals for safety and comfort.
  
• The maximum weight per person is 386 lbs (175 Kg). 
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate and there will be NO refund. 
• The operator reserves the right to deny the service to any guest who shows any sign of having consumed alcohol before the excursion departure or any of the conditions mentioned.
• Guests with any of the following will not be allowed to participate: any mobility issues (no braces, wheelchairs, canes, walkers, scooters, etc), any limitation of motor skills involving movement or coordination of arms, legs, and other large body parts, pregnancy, diabetes, asthma, heart disease, epilepsy, respiratory conditions, any recent surgeries, bank/neck/limb/knee issues/injuries, blood pressure conditions, taking antidepressants/lithium/beta-blockers or vein constrictors. All guests must be in good health and self-sufficient.
• Guests need to sign a responsive waver; they will be fully responsible for damages caused by reckless driving or negligence on their behalf.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
