Excursion Notes

• We recommend using biodegradable sunscreen.
• It is essential that each participant follow the guidelines and specific instructions for each area of the park provided by the staff in charge.
• Lockers are available to rent for $6.00.
• The minimum age to snorkel is 8 years old.
• Waterslides: min. height 4 ft (120 cm), max. weight 220 lbs (100 kg); max.
• Zipline: min. age 8, max. 75, min. weight 99 lbs (45 kg), max. 242 lbs (110 kg), max. waist 47” (121cm) ; max. leg circumference 29.5” (74 cm); closed-toe shoes required.
• We strongly suggest bringing your own towel.
• The domestic open bar includes 12 cocktail options, draft beer, soft drinks and water refills. Premium beverages, bottled drinks, and selections from the à la carte menu are available for purchase at an additional cost.

Where we meet

For the Cozumel Kuza Park Day Pass & El Cielo Snorkeling Excursion, you will meet directly at Kuza Beach Park (approximate taxi cost from the cruise ship terminals is $20 for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). There are plenty of taxis available at the cruise terminals as well as at Kuza Beach Park for your return. All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
• Visitors under 18 years of age must always be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
• On the beach and in all aquatic activities without exception, the parent or legal guardian must remain within reach of the minor under 18 years of age.
• Diving, reckless or violent play, or any conduct that endangers the safety of the visitor or other visitors or park staff is not permitted.
• Guests must obey the instructions of lifeguards or any other instructor or member of the park staff.
• Guests must pay attention to the directions, signs, notices, or communications issued by the park staff and/or that are specific to each of the activities.
• Slides must be used one rider at a time, feet first and face-up, with no flotation devices, cameras, or loose articles permitted. Riders must wait for the operator’s signal before sliding and exit the landing area immediately upon completion.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
