Just steps from your tender, our friendly team will welcome you and get you ready to board one of our comfortable boats for a scenic ride across the sparkling Caribbean waters to Caye Caulker.

Once on the island, enjoy the freedom to explore its colorful streets, browse local shops, discover hidden corners, savor the flavors of Belize, or simply relax and take in the breathtaking tropical surroundings.

Excursion Notes

• We recommend bringing along a swimsuit, a change of clothes, a towel, a waterproof camera, sun protection, and cash for food, beverages, shopping, tips, etc.
• Please note that Belize is a cruise ship tender port; you will not be docked so you should allow enough time to get off the ship.
• Please consider the operator needs a minimum of 4 participants to run this excursion.

Where we meet

For the Belize Caye Caulker Tropical Island Escape Excursion, you will meet outside your Belize cruise tender terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Guests should be comfortable in the water and have basic swimming skills.
• Parents will need to supervise their children at all times.
• Guests must be able to step in and out of the boat by themselves using the boat ladder.
• This excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.
• People under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or similar substances that may prevent safe enjoyment, are not allowed to participate in water sports activities for their own safety.
• The boat ride is approximately 45 minutes; seasickness preparation needs to be made in advance.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
