Finding the tour guide at the pier was challenging. The zip line part of the trip was great but they cancelled the banana plantation portion with no explanation or refund!!!! Our guide was very knowledgeable about local culture & answered any questions.
Very dissatisfied with the organization and that we had to forego half of our tour with NO refund or explanation

Even though we have not received an email from you, we investigated your comments. We are sorry that you had issues finding the guide as they are directly outside the gangway. We also include a Google map both on our webpage and the mobile APP to assist guests locating where they go. You did go to the banana plantation - as the description and notes section says, guests do not go inside the packing facility but you were at the plantation and received the full excursion as described. This excursion and local operator have been the same for over 10 years without any issues and are very highly rated. Please contact us if you should have any questions.
